We want every guide you buy from NextlyBooks to be genuinely useful. If it isn't, we'll refund you — no long forms, no runaround.

7-day guarantee

If a guide doesn't work for you, email nextlybooks@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order email and the title you bought. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Bundles and All Access

The same 7-day window applies to bundle and All Access purchases. If you request a refund on a bundle or All Access pass, access to every title included is removed at the time of the refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the card or payment method used at checkout. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider, typically 5–10 business days.

What isn't covered

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
• Repeated refund requests on the same account that suggest the guides are being read in full and returned as a pattern
